Hello Aro news, my name is Olaitan Faroun. I am trying to contact Professor Adebimpe Ike. Is there anyway you can help with that. I look forward to your reply. Thank you.
Prof. Adebimpe Ike is a nice mama to all of us when I was working at the Tafawa Balewa University of Technology, Bauchi. She was then the University Librarian. She has just lost her husband Prof Ike.
Dear Aro,
It is with sadness that so convey the heartfelt condolences on behalf of our mother, Dr. Amelia Blyden,Emerita and the family. Dr. Ike was our neighbor at the Iniversity of Nigeris, Nsukka. Dr. Blyden was a reader of the ms Toads for Supper. It was quite an event when he got the telegram., then ran over to our house with the news at 8:30pm! May his gentle soul rest, and his literary works continue to inspire. Kindly pass on this message…I.Blyden
