Legal practitioner and businesswoman turned 64 on the 1st of July, 2017. Ada Ukwu was educated at Methodist School, Uwani, Enugu; Anglican Girls Secondary School; the University of Nigeria and the Nigeria Law School. Ada Ukwu was Claims Officer, Unity Life Insurance Company and thereafter joined the services of the Nigeria Ports Authority (NPA), rose through the ranks and retired as General Manger, Legal Services in 2006. She is Corporate Attorney, Aro News; past President, Soroptimist International; past President General, Ezinne Oma Social Club of Arochukwu; Patroness, Pegasus Aerobics Club and patroness, Nzuko Inyom Aro, Lagos branch. She is blessed with children and grandchildren.
