‘Collapsed Ugwuavo health centre’ – Collapsed is the watch word. How long has it been in existence, why did it collapse. This is usually the case with so many projects. Now you see it, now you don’t. Nobody has interest in finding out why it collapsed, lack of care, embezzlement. Sorry to say with that last word. People responsible for anything always think they have to extremely benefit from it by crook or otherwise.
