Arochukwu kingdom was recently hit with the news of the demise of one of its prominent son and construction giant Mazi Emmanuel Nwokoro (Hapel).
Mazi Hapel lost the battle to cancer and passed on, on the Friday, the 31st of August, 2018 at a London hospital.
Until his death he was the Chairman of Hapel Nig. Ltd, former director with Seven Up Bottling Company Plc and Chairman, Arochukwu Micro Finance Bank Ltd amongst several other companies. His construction firm Hapel Nig Ltd, remains one of the biggest indigenous construction companies in Nigeria with several civil engineering projects dotted along the length and breadth of the country.
Burial arrangements will be announced by the family.
