Retired civil servant and community leader turned 61 on the 7th of April. He attended St. Paul’s College, Zaria; Aggrey Memorial College; University of Nigeria, Nsukka and the University of Lagos. He was Research Assistant, Office of the Vice President; Principal Information Officer, Ministry of Information; Director, Head Public Affairs, Chief of Staff to the Executive Vice Chairman and retired as Director, Procurement, Nigeria Communications Commission (NCC). Ugwu Aro is a past Secretary General of Nzuko Aro as well as its national patron. He is married to Uzunma and blessed with children.
