The management of aronewsonline.com is happy to make its platform available to Aro and non-Aro who wish to devote some time and
resources to community development. Serving one’s community is a calling just like any other devotion or occupation. Indeed,
philanthropy is a virtue worth cultivating. The leadership philosophy of Mazi Ogbonnaya Okoro, CFR, Eze Aro of Arochukwu .i.e. that
every Aro is wearing the crown; so should reign wherever domiciled, is very instructive. According to him, if every Aro does his/her
duty, the kingdom will prosper. We are aware that many Aro would, given opportunity, want to give back to their society of origin.
However, many may not find the time and appropriate opportunity to do so. Moreover, as individuals, our preferences for such activities
also differ. Just like all of us can not in life become President-General of Nzuko Arochukwu or even serve in other community
leadership capacities; we can nevertheless make concrete impact on community development by supporting worthy causes that would
ultimately benefit the kingdom.

This website project presents an option which is viable enough to earn us credit for commitment to motherland. Its primary objective
is to redress the anomaly whereby a historic community like Arochukwu does not have an official website which less endowed
communities in Nigeria boast of. In this day and age, can we really excuse ourselves from such neglect? It is time to bridge this gap by
launching Aro into the cyber world in order to reap from its potential networking effect and many strategic benefits including greater
posterity. Apart from being a rallying point and vanguard for Aro interests, this medium shall educate, inform and entertain its
audience. In fact, its outing is most opportuned given the fact that Arochukwu has in our own time been unequivocally poised on the
thresh hold of political, socio-economic and cultural transformation. Appropriate advantage has not been taken of this opportunity,
hence the community needs to understand itself, rationalize on its basis of existence, review its past and present, forecast and
strategize its future. Aronewsonline.com will play an important role in this process of change. It shall intermediate to ensure that
intellectual and material resources available to our people are harnessed and productively employed.

Fan club – this incorporates numerous supporters, admirers and enthusiasts who though eager to support our cause are unable to make
financial contribution at the moment. Future great and patriotic Aro and non Aro, youths, students, unemployed, financially-disabled of
all ages, etc are among this class. We shall support them freely via news, information, strategic contacts, educational opportunities,
skill development openings, entertainment, etc. Job seekers among them shall upload their CV and secure assistance through our
