The immediate past Editorial Board Chairman and a director with Aro News Publications Limited, Mazi Patrick Murphy Asonye has been admitted into the noble fraternity of Knights of St. John International.
A seasoned journalist, he is the Saturday Editor of Newswatch Times Newspapers. His career trajectory includes Guardian Newspaper, The Sun Newspaper and National Life Newspaper where he served as its Saturday Editor.
A native of Obinkita village, Sir Pat was educated at Aggrey Memorial College, Arochukwu and the University of Jos. He is a member of the Nigeria Union of Journalist; Nigeria Guild of Editors; member Nzuko Aro; Obinkita Progressive Union; Chairman, Ndi Okoro Family Union and Secretary, Aro Okeigbo Social Club of Nigeria, Lagos branch.
Pat is married to Ann and they are blessed with three children.
