Barr. Joy Ogbonne Chiori (Adaukwu), legal adviser, Aro News Publications Ltd, was on Sunday November 29, 2015 at Neniv Conference and Events Centre, Mafolukwu, Oshodi, Lagos, bestowed with the patroness of Nzuko Inyom Aro, Lagos branch.

She is among nine women and seven men honoured as patrons and patroness at the branch’s end of year party.

A woman in tune with her community’s development aspirations, Ada Ukwu is a former President General of Ezinneoma Social Club of Arochukwu.

Born on the 1st of July 1953, she was educated at Anglican Girls Secondary School, Ogidi; CKC Onitsha and the University of Nigeria. She was called to the bar in 1977 and worked with Unity Life Insurance Company before joining the services of the Nigeria Ports Authority (NPA) an organization she served and retired as an Assistant General Manager, Legal Services in 2006.

She is Patroness, Pegasus Areobics Club; Aro-Okeigbo Social Club of Nigeria, Lagos branch and past National Secretary, Soroptimist International.

She is blessed with children and grand children.
