Achinivu Kanu Achinivu Ph.D, reverend gentleman and retired lecturer turned 76 on February 16. A native of Amannagwu Village, he attended Aggrey Memorial College Arochukwu; Methodist College, Uzuakoli; University of Nigeria, Nsukka; Technische Universitaet and the Feren Universitaet both in Berlin where he bagged a Ph.D in Comparative Musicology/Ethnomusicology. He taught at Aggrey Memorial College and later retired as a Senior Lecturer at the University of Nigeria. He is also an ordained priest of the Presbyterian Church of Nigeria. He is a member and Fellow of many professional bodies as well as being the Editor-in-Chief of Who-is-Who in Aro-Okeigbo. He is married to Oyidia and blessed with children and grand children.
