HRH (Engr.) Cletus Iromantu, electronics and telecommunication engineer and pioneer Executive Vice Chairman/CEO of Nigeria Communications Commission (NCC), turned 71 on the 6th of March. A, native of Isimkpu village Arochukwu, Ugwu Aro attended St Patrick’s College, Calabar; Friendship University, Moscow; and the Marconi College, Chelmsford, U.K. He worked with the Nigeria External Telecommunication before joining Shell and rose to Telecommunication and Data Communication Coordinator. He is at present the Chairman/CEO, NSL Consulting Ltd. He was elected as the Enyi 1 of Okproenyi Autonomous Community in 2000. He is married to Celia and they are blessed with children and grandchildren.
