Journalist and civil servant, turned 56 on the 30th of November. A native of Ndiuche Village, Arondizuogu, Andy attended National High School, Arondizuogu, CMS Grammar School and the University of Lagos. He worked with The Guardian Newspaper; pioneer staff, Champion Newspaper rose through the ranks as Editor, Daily; General Manager, Publications and Chairman, Editorial Board. He was appointed Chief Press Secretary to the Chairman of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) and is at present a Deputy Director in the Commission. In year 2000, he won the prestigious Hubert Humphrey Fellowship Award. He is married to Chigozie and blessed with children.
