Nzuko Aro WorldWide hereby appeal to the village heads (Ndi Eze Ogo) of the nineteen Aro Villages and the entire Aro to take immediate steps to protect residents from the Coronavirus pandemic. It is real. We request Ndi Eze Ogo, church leaders, opinion leaders, political leaders, market officials, motor park leaders as well as youth leaders to use various available means including village town cryers to sensitize the people on how to avoid contact with this killer virus.
We request therefore that Ndi Eze Ogo should urgently suspend ceremonies like burials, marriages, church services and other events that could bring many people together. Nzuko Aro also pleads with our people to adhere strictly with instructions from the government, federal ministry of health and other health agencies working hard to reduce the scourge. Key among the measures are to wash hands regularly with soap, no hand shakes, hugging, observing social distance and avoiding crowded places. Do not be a victim. Working together we will neutralize this threat.
