The Transition Committee Chairman of Arochukwu Local Government Area, Mazi Emmanuel Kanu received in audience a delegation of members of Aggrey Memorial College, Arochukwu, Alumni Association led by the Chairman, Board of Trustees, Mazi Dave Imoko.
Kanu thanked them for finding time to identify with him and pledged his support to the Make Aggrey Great Again(MAGA) project, especially as it concerns the resurfacing of the “C” Field, he himself a footballer in his college years.
It should be borne in mind that Mazi Kanu is an Alumnus of Aggrey Memorial College, having graduated from the school in1980, as well as a member of the Executive of the Association.
Speaking earlier, the leader of the delegation, Mazi Imoko told the Chairman that they are representatives of the larger Association directed by the Executive Council to pay him a solidarity visit as one of their own. He congratulated him on behalf of the Association and prayed God to watch over him as he served his people. He implored him to support the MAGA Project aimed at returning the school to it’s past glory.
