The Company Secretary of Aro News Publications Ltd, Barr Oscar Chukwumah Okoro (Ikemba Aro), was recently conferred with the 2022 award of excellence as the Most Resourceful Clerk in the House of Representatives.
The award was presented to Barr Okoro by the House of Representatives Press Corp.
Barr. Okoro, currently the House Committee Clerk on Finance, was described as an epitome of humility and hard work. The House Press Corp also described him as diligent, focused and without a doubt, the best Clerk for the year 2022.
An alumnus of Aggrey Memorial College, Arochukwu, University of Nigeria Enugu campus, as well as the Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, Barr Okoro hails from Asaga village, Arochukwu. He is married and blessed with children.
