Legal luminary, turned 84 on the 18th of December. A native of Obinkita village, Iyi Ukwu was educated at London University England and the University College, University of London. He is a former lecturer, Consultant, Company and Commercial Law, Rotimi Williams Chambers; Pioneer Editor in Chief, Law Reports of Nigeria, past examiner in Law, Nigeria Institute of Bankers, past Chairman, NEPA, past Director, Nigeria Bank for Commerce and Industry, DPMS and United Geophysical Ltd. Ugwu Aro is an author as well as member of many professional bodies. He is married and blessed with children and grand children.
