Emmanuel Ezerioha O k e r e k e , l e g a l practitioner turned 79 on the 29th of October. A native of Ndianiche Arondizuogu , he was educated at Methodist College, Uzoakoli; Woolwich Polytechnic, South East
London; University College, London from where he obtained a Ph.D in 1964 and the Institute of World Affairs, London. He is a founding director, Imo Broadcasting Corporation; Attorney General and Commissioner
for Justice, Imo State; Resident Electoral Commissioner(REC), Kano State, 1993; member of several election petition tribunals; solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria and notary public and commissioner for oaths. He is married to Barr, Clara and blessed with children and grandchildren.
