His Eminence Dr Eberechukwu Oji, Eze Aro of Arochukwu felicitated Amb Rev Annie Onu on her appointment as the Executive Secretary of Abia State Diaspora Commission.

In his goodwill message made available to Aro News, Eze Aro wrote ‘On behalf of the good people of Arochukwu, I felicitate you on the auspicious occasion of your appointment as the Executive Secretary of Abia State Diaspora Commission.

Your appointment is well deserved considering your wealth of experience in diaspora matters. It calls for more celebrations because of your transmission from a member of the commission to its Executive Secretary, it is worth celebrating and we are proud of you.

I have no doubt in my mind that you will effectively coordinate and ensure that contacts between Abians at home and diaspora are effectively managed maintained to the betterment of our dear state.

And as you take over the mantle of leadership of the commission, my prayers and that of Umu Aro are with you.

I wish you a successful tenure and pray that the good Lord will be with you as you carry out your duties.
