Victoria Ike Onu, architect and businesswoman clocked 54 on January 20. A native of Atani Village, Toria was educated at Ansarudeen College, Isolo; St Anne’s Secondary School, Otukpo; Yaba College of Technology and the Bendel State University where she bagged an M.Sc in 1990. She worked with Osomoses Associates as Chief Architect before setting up her own architectural firm. She is the Founder, Rotract Club of BENSU District 911, pioneer Assistant Secretary of Female Architects of Nigeria; Chairman Women’s wing, Christian Association of Nigeria, FCT chapter; President/Founder, Care Giver Imitative; Founder, Grace Nursing Care Centre and National Welfare Officer, Coalition of Societies for Rights of Older Persons in Nigeria. She is married to IK and blessed with six children.
