The Governor of Abia State, Dr Alex Otti, OFR recently released the appointment of a former President of the Independent Petroleum Marketers of Nigeria (IPMAN) and Managing Director of Sobaz Nig Ltd, Mazi Obasi Lawson, Sobaz and Prof. Solomon Umeham as members of the Governing Council of Abia State College of Education (Technical), ASCETA, Arochukwu.
Other members of the institution include, Prof Mba Okoronkwo, who is to serve as Council Chairman and Dr Nduka Elendu.
Similarly, Rev Annie Onwuchekwa was appointed a member of the Abians in Diaspora Commission. The Commission has Allwell Okey Agbara as Chairman, Leonard Ibeka, Engr. Bob Ibeneme and Prof Ndubuisi Ekwekwe as members.
