The duo of Mniazi Ifeanyi Obinali, President and CEO of Lead Security Group, New York and Mazi Onyekachi Obinali, President and CEO of Odonaldo Nig Ltd both of Ugbo village, recently donated laptops for distribution and use in schools in Arochukwu.
Receiving the laptops at the Eze Aro Palace, Oror, HRH Mazi Amos Egbu Okoro, Eze Ibom Isii and HRH Mazi Okorafor Uro, Eze Ezeagwu thanked the Obinali brothers for the donation, and promised that the laptops will be put to good use.
The monarchs, on behalf of Eze Aro, His Eminence Dr Eberechukwu Oji, thanked the Obinali brothers for their kind gesture, and urged other Umu Aro to emulate them.
In its reaction, the Arochukwu Education Committee (AEC), through its chairman Professor Joseph Nwankwo, expressed gratitude to the Obinnali brothers for their generosity.
Prof Nwankwo said: “The Aro Education Committee is profoundly grateful to the duo of Mazi Ifeanyi Obinali and Mazi Onyekachi Obinali for their kind donation of 10 laptops to the Aro Education Development programme, delivered through Eze Aro, His Eminence Dr Eberechukwu Oji, on Saturday, August 10, 2024.
“With such support, the goal of establishing a viable computer learning center in the Aro Kingdom is strengthened. May God bless you both, even more. Aro Education Committee would highly appreciate more support and donations from Umu Aro at home and abroad for which a comprehensive appeal project shall soon be unveiled,” he added.
