The campaign train of a former Chief of Staff to the Governor of Abia State and the governorship candidate of the Action Peoples Party (APP), Chief Mascot Uzor Kalu, was received recently at the Arochukwu Kingdom Royal palace by the Eze Aro in council. On hand to receive the campaign team were the Arianzu Aro, Mazi Augustine Okoro, the Eze Ibom Isii, Mazi Kanu Okereke Kanu and the Eze Ezeagwu, Mazi Okorafor Uro.
Receiving the team at the Eze Aro’s Palace, the Eze Aro in council prayed for the success of the guber candidate and his team which include Comrade Engr. Nnaemeka Oti, who is the APP’s candidate for Abia Stae House, Arochukwu State Constituency and others
After the formalities at the palace, the team were led to the Ukwu Ovo Aro, where the Aro traditional Ikpa Nzu was done .
In his remarks, Chief Orji promised to change the narrative of Abia State, he lamented the poor state of affairs in the state. He equally charged the electorate to support and vote for the youths in the 2023 elections.
