A former President of Atani Welfare Union and Rotary Club of Gbagaba Mazi Alozie R. Nsirimobi, was recently inducted and admitted into the Nigerian Institute of Chartered Arbitrators (NICArb).
The event held on November 17, 2023 at the Sheraton Hotel (now Abuja Continental Hotel).
An accredited debt management consultant of over 25 years experience, Nsirimobi’s admission into the body puts him in a good pedestal in advising his clients to seek alternative dispute resolution options.
The justice system in Nigeria now advocates the need to fast-track court processes by advocating increase of Arbitration practitioners and activities as a means of decongesting the courts, fast tracking court processes and every other advantages of Arbitration, like faster settlement of cases, lower cost, privacy, a win-win outcome, and others.
More than 800 Arbitrators were inducted into the body, including lawyers, traditional rulers and other professionals from all walks of life.
